Delivery, gifts, subscriptions and how to reach us.
How delivery works
- Log in with your exact Minecraft username.
- Add what you like to your basket and pay through PayNow.
- Your purchase arrives in game within seconds if you're online, or the next time you join. A message in chat tells you what arrived.
Nothing arrived?
Rejoin the server once. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email salespixiesmp@gmail.com with your order ID (it's in PayNow's receipt email) and your Minecraft name.
Your purchase history
PayNow emails you a receipt for every order. Staff can also list every delivery on your account if you ask.
Gifts
Press Gift on a product and type the other player's Minecraft username. The purchase goes to them, not to you.
Subscriptions
Enchanted+ renews until you cancel. Cancel any time at checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions with the email you paid with; the perks stay until the paid period ends.
