Store terms

1. Ranks, the Enchanted+ membership and cosmetics are convenience or cosmetic perks. They never give combat gear, dungeon or essence progress, protection from other players, or any protection from the rules. Rank flight works only in claims you own or are trusted in, and never in a fight. /repair and /feed don't work in a fight.
2. Paying never protects anyone from moderation. A ban or mute doesn't refund a purchase.
3. Ranks are permanent and are not subscriptions. Enchanted+ is a subscription on top of Willow's perks: it renews until you cancel, and its perks end when the subscription ends. The Pixie Gems and the monthly members' cosmetics it gave you stay yours.
4. Pixie Gems have no real-world value. They are spent in the Gem Shop (/gemshop) on cosmetics, crate keys, flight time and small extras. They can't be sent to other players or other servers and can't be exchanged for money or anything outside PixieSMP. Nothing you get with gems gives gear above vanilla Minecraft's own enchantment levels. Every Gem Shop price and every crate's exact odds are on the What Pixie Gems buy page.
5. Crate keys are never sold for real money: they are earned by playing or bought with Pixie Gems. On the crates whose keys the Gem Shop sells, at least every 10th key in a row gives an epic-or-better reward.
6. Refunds and chargebacks remove what that order delivered. Gems that were already spent are not taken from your other purchases: your gem balance goes below zero instead, and Gem Shop items can't be bought until it's back above the price.
7. Buying a rank twice and refunding one keeps the rank. A cosmetic you also bought separately stays if the bundle that included it is refunded.
8. The Starter Pack is once per player. A second one delivers nothing; email us and we'll refund it.
9. Drop parties arrive as a voucher you redeem in game; a party starts once enough players are online (3 to 6, by tier), so it's for everyone, not a private loot run. The Pinata Party starts as soon as 5 players are online, you included. Their rewards go to the players who take part. A refund takes back only a voucher or pinata that hasn't reached you yet.
10. Patron can't be bought. It's given automatically for every US$1,000 spent in total, and a refund or chargeback takes it back if your total falls below that. Its perks are cosmetic.
11. Prices are in US dollars and read "US$". A plain "$" in game is in-game money, never real money.
12. Selling or trading in-game items, gems or accounts for real money is not allowed.
13. Your purchase history: PayNow emails a receipt for every order. Staff can also list every delivery on your account on request.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayNow Services, Inc., the merchant of record. Your purchase is also covered by PayNow's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Buyer Agreement.
