Throw a party for the whole server. Drop parties come as a voucher you redeem in game; each one starts once enough players are online (3 to 6, by tier), and the pinata starts once 5 players are online. Everyone there shares the rewards, and chat announces who paid for it.
Rewards go to the players who take part, not just the buyer.
Each drop belongs to one player and drops are handed out in turns.
